We have been getting the bread oven ready today in order to welcome Paul Merry and his students next weekend for a week of baking and enjoying good food and Domaine L’Ancienne Ecole wine.  We were delighted to welcome Paul and his students for the first time last year and are looking forward to seeing Paul again soon!
