A few photos below from our final preparations today. We have been checking that everything is working and cleaning the tanks, the pumps, the hoses etc.
Our plan is to start harvesting on Tuesday with the Syrah from the Cru Vinsobres. At the moment it looks like we will then have a pause for a week or so before harvesting for the Rosé and then getting stuck into everything else. At the moment the weather is holding well and it’s still fingers crossed for a super vintage.
