A big thanks to Paul Merry and his Panary students that we have hosted over the last two weeks. They have kept us well supplied with sourdoughs, fougasses, baguettes, croissants, brioches and all sorts of other breads. After extensive testing we can confirm that they all go well with the Domaine L’Ancienne Ecole wines!
